That’s why we’re committed to sustainable practices throughout our operations. From reducing single-use plastics and minimizing our carbon footprint to sourcing local ingredients and supporting Alaska-made products, we strive to preserve the natural beauty we share with our guests.  

This commitment extends to the delicious offerings aboard. When you indulge in our seafood, you can know that it was caught locally using sustainable methods, like hook-and-line fishing, by Alaskan families. We proudly serve locally brewed beers from Sitka, our homeport, and actively seek out Alaskan-made products whenever possible.  

We collaborate closely with tribal leaders and residents to ensure our visits have a positive impact, supporting local economies based on each community’s terms and empowering rural communities to thrive within the visitor industry.
